Kickoff Call (30 min)

Before the sprint starts, think about a design challenge or user problem you’d like explored. It doesn’t need to be perfectly defined, that’s what the call is for. We’ll discuss it together, ask clarifying questions, and shape it into a focused brief that maximizes results.

We take it from there

Our team organizes the sprint, manages the designers, and curates the outcomes.

Fireside Chat (30 min)

At the end of the sprint, we host a short closing call where designers can ask you questions about your product or industry. We send the questions beforehand, you just show up and help us wrap the sprint together.

We partnered with a stealth startup led by the Ex-CPO of Tinder to rethink the first-time user experience for an AI-powered real-estate platform. In just two weeks, 20+ Yummy Labs designers mapped user journeys, redefined trust touchpoints, and prototyped onboarding and discovery flows tested with early users.

Designers were also challenged to design the next wave of human–AI interactions, prototype with code, and bridge the gap between design and engineering.

Create a Neighborhood Discovery experience that helps users: 

  • Get an authentic feel for a neighborhood’s vibe, culture, and lifestyle.
