Kickoff & Discovery
You bring us a real brief, something you’re stuck on or want to improve. We’ll jump on a 30-min kickoff call (recorded so our learners can work from it). No prep needed beyond showing up and sharing your perspective.
Week 2
Design Exploration
Our participants explore, map, and redesign the experience — from flows and wireframes to UX insights. You stay async and hands-off while we handle the deep work.
End of sprint
Delivery & Community Call
You receive the best outcomes: a clear design package (Figma files, insights, Loom walkthroughs).
In return, we ask for just one 15-min community call with designers, a casual fireside chat to share your take on the outcomes, your industry, and what you look for in great designers.
